I ordered a replica Hellraiser box movie prop from this sellers website http://www.pyramid-gallery.com on june 22nd 2011 using paypal for payment. Before I ordered the product I emailed him to make sure that the site was up and running,and If the item was in stock and ready to ship to me,the seller replied back within hours to me stating that the product was in stock and to go ahead and order it,I trusted him and did just that.well that was back on june 22nd, and I still haven't heard back from the seller,or have not received the item.I have unfortunately now waited over 45 days for this person to send me the replica I ordered,which is paypal's time limit for being covered for a refund in the case of fraud such as this.I think this is the sellers scam ,he makes you use paypal for one,then he makes you wait longer than the paypal guarantee so he steals your money. I have written this seller several emails,a total of 5 I think,and the seller has not replied back to me at all,but one time,stating that the item will be shipped to me within a week,that was over a month ago,This whole thing has become a very long drawn out purchase and I am eager to get my money back,as I know this seller does not plan on ever sending me what I paid for.Im afraid I have been scammed,Todd Bates
