I was charged $99.00 to bid. I was supposed to get 40 free bids free to try this out before I paid for bids. I read some of the fine print and it said no refunds under any circumstances. I lost my job last year and I could really use the $99.00. I dont think I was scammed, I would say they are using decepitave practices. Buyer beware.
