Just checked my account and they took $30 out for a loan I never applied for. They said that when I filled out the app for another pay day loan which is their affiliate they were supplied with my information. When asked how I could get my money back they told me that I would have to get it through the interest of my pre-qualified loan with them. So I called my bank and was told that when you apply for a pay day loan on the app it states that they can take money out of your account whenever and also their affiliates. When asked what I could do bank suggested I open a new account and close that one. So to anyone who is currently experiencing this or have experienced this. CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT IMMEDITATELY!!! It’s better to be out the $30 then more to come. I will never apply for another pay day loan. I honestly don’t care how bad it is. I will just have to do without because in the end your better off.
