For the past 4 weeks we have been harassed by this company claiming one of our employees agreed to their services. They even went as far as playing back a recording of her answering yes to these questions; "Are you authorized to make this purchase?" "Do you understand the charges will be $599.99?", etc.
Our employee's answers on the recording were barely loud enough to hear and there was a 5 to 7 second pause after the question and before the answer is heard. It is totally bogus!
By the time we received a past due invoice there were 3 months worth of finance charges added on. We never received an invoice prior to the past due one. We are an office of only 5 employees so we are fully aware of the mail that arrives. An "original" invoice was never received. Beware, their logo with the walking fingers does look ligament.
Even though we told them we refused to pay, their collections department is still harassing us at least 3 times per week.
