Software-HQ.net sells free software that it collects in one location on its website. When searching for anti-virus software, I chose AVIRA but was directed to Software-HQ. Their website appears to be selling software and technical support for installing and using software. But once I downloaded the selected software, I realized that it was only the trial version. I was charged for the "technical support" in downloading free software. When I contacted their Billing Office, I was told that no refunds are given after 7 days and that their website specifically says that they are not selling software. I still haven't found where that proviso is stated.
I have researched this company, apparently located in Florida, and found at least one hundred complaints.
