I ordered a dress in mid August, and didn't expect it to get here so soon, so when it arrived I was very excited. But, as soon as I opened it I was let down. Online, the picture of the dress was red so I ordered "Same as picture" for the color. It came in orange. I admit that was partly my fault, but they need to name the color of the dress that the model is wearing. I still decided to put the dress on, because I figured I could live with the color. It's too small. I didn't know what to do, so I went to check my email to see if they sent me anything. Nothing's there. So I decided to go on the website to email them, check my dress order, and get their phone number. The website isn't working and neither is their phone number. I can't even find a different phone number or an email because the site is down. After this experience, and reading all the other complaints, I'll never order from DressBraw again. They should be ashamed of their customer service.
