I have relocated from New York to Newport News Virgina, June 1,2012. I have not been able to enjoy my new home sense I move in. when ever I go out and come back there is a notice on my door RED paper, or white stating I am delinquent in my monthly rent which I have paid before the first of July and August months. Every time the office has stated I owned anything I have paid it. I am not sure where these charges are occurring from, I have asked and got a run a round. I have been hit with late fees and a lawyer fee and now I have to go to court and prove I have paid my rent not only on time but early. I would like to vacate this terrible place of living but they want a 60 day notice and 2 months rent to move, I can not afford this. I am not happy nor comfortable living here and wish to leave. Management has not been able to show me where my water meter is located. I was told the water meter is in front of each building. so if that is so, then where is the electric meter?

I need help and some directions on what to do and I want it to be known that "Waverton Impressions are not honest people. Management does not tell you everything you need to know before you sign your lease agreement. I have mention so many time s before I sign my lease I am new to Virginia, I am very unfamiliar with renters rights,sewage fees ect.
