This man insisted that we pay £4650 to insure two boxes of consignments, before he would agree to ship those boxes to me. We ended up paying for the insurance on these boxes, but the boxes have still not been shipped. They are now asking for an additional £3660 to secure a Anti-Terrorist Certificate and Anti-Money Laundering Certificate.
