I ordered a pair of Frye boots from this online shoe store and received an email confirmation of my order that looked legitimate. Once I did not receive an email saying the order had shipped I tried to email the company through email address provided in confirmation email and it was bogus. Then tried to email through company website, no response. I tried to call the customer service number on the website and it is bogus. I have filed a dispute with Paypal and with Amex, as that is the credit card it was charged to hoping I will get my money back.

- I got my refund rather quickly through PayPal - they are quite familiar with this scam seller. It's totally crazy. If you get a tiny envelope in the mail from China, don't be surprised to get a Lux shower cap. Truly outrageous.
