I invested $15,000 in 2011 and was to earn 40% per year. The first payment came through OK, so I put more money into the investment ($7500). This year, when I had a payment due, I had to call and text with Mr. Vise's office manager (Lauri-his ex-wife), for months to get the money. He finally called me himself and said it was all his fault and I wouldn't have this problem again. July 21, 2012, another payment was due for $4500. I didn't start calling and texting until Aug. 29--over a month past due. I haven't gotten an answer at all from Lauri or Bobby. Have there been any other complaints against him or his company?

- I am going through the same thing.. I call multiple times a never reach him or his secretary.

I sent him a certified letter on the 1st of Oct. telling him to contact me and give me my principal back or make arrangements to pay it back. How much did you invest? Was it in the real estate investment deal? I feel your pain. So sorry you have to go through this hassle. I wonder how many more have been cheated.
