I have read the other complaints and the EXACT same thing just happened to me. I ordered a pair of shoes and saw that nothing happened past the processing of the order on the site. I emailed several times through the contact us link, the email I got the confirmation of the order from, the email I paid through paypal, the email that received the funds through paypal (which was different) and never got a response. I just filed a dispute and escalated it to a claim in paypal. Two days ago I got a shower cap in the mail also from China like others said. I am uploading a photo of it.
