This company snakes my information from another website when I was emailed an offer for a pre-qualified payday loan. I filled out my info like it was the loan site, then when I submitted the final page said we are not an actual lender, but we just sent your information to several lenders who want to help you! I did NOT agree to any withdrawals. Furthermore, I never even finished the process or received a payday loan. It is the weekend now so I will probably get hit with a $37.00 overdraft fee. Additionally, attempting to resolve on the phone is pointless. First I was hung up on (clearly intentionally), then the person, who I could barely understand, spoke the same script in circles with no end in sight. Filing formal fraud charges with my bank.
