I saw this company ProntoCharger.com advertising 75% off. In good faith I purchased a battery charger for my lap. It was 28.00 + 9.00 for 2 to 3 day shipping a total of 38.00. After I purchased this item. I found it on amazon.com for 3.95 + 6.00 shipping. I called back 5 minutes later to cancel the order. They said it had all ready been shipped and there was nothing they could do about it. I asked for the tracking number but they did not have one. I asked for the manager but they had conveniently gone home. I was told I could refuse shipping and when the battery was returned they would reimburse my account. I received the item 6 days later not 3 by USPS not fed ex and i returned it. After they received the item back i was not reimbursed until i called them. They did reimburse the 28.00 but not the 9.00 shipping. This company totally misrepresented themselves in pricing, shipping and customer service. I do not recommend that any one does business with this company. I was lied to at least 5 times and pointed out to them each time they lied but they said nothing other then giving me a second hand excuse. They claim 75% off of which was 75% higher. next they said it had gone out the door 5 minutes later and they could do anything about it but had no tracking number. it came by USPS 6 days later instead of 3. Then I had to call 10 days later after return and complain to get my money of which they stated had been deposited. When i asked when they said she said let me check and then came back and said she just pushed the button. Next i was reimbursed for the battery but not the shipping. I would never use this company again.
