I placed an order with this company via the internet. Every time I try to find out whats going on with my order the customer service agent always tells me that they are having a meeting and that they can not talk to me right now, Then I find out that when I try to go online and chat ot check the status of my order they put a block on my ip address so now I cant send any messages or questions to them
