Went on line to look. computer locked up with FBI shield and statement that I had downloaded illegally (which I didn't) and unless I paid a $200 fine to the FBI with their debit card in 48 hours the FBI could come and take the computer.Got the card. thought it best to call FBI to verify -they said it wasn't them - it was a sham and a virus -called Dell- they removed the virus and a new virus control installed- want cost given back and a huge fine to them.
