I like so many others have been duped into signing up to this company's free trial at only £3.95 p&p - of course at no time prior to signing up were the terms and conditions supplied. By chance I made a quick reserch online, and was horrified at the scams going around, and especially this company! I immediately emailed the company to cancel the free trial and any further product. They took a day to respond by email, and they did not even acknowledge my cancellation request, they just tried ripping me off further by offering me a 25% dicount as a 'valued customer"! What a joke, their trick is too ignore requests for cancellation, and keep you hanging in order for you to go past your 15 day cancellation pereiod in order to get your money!
I contacted my bank today who have informed me that there are loads of these companies doing the exact same thing, and that they have an extensive list of these companies. They will be reporting my complaint to their fraud squad, and will be ensuring that any future monies this fraudulant company tries to withdraw from my account will be immediately re-imbursed back to me. I am lucky in the respect that I will only be losing $6.35 (£4.00) - so if you are reading this Beri Supreme basically you get jack! Have the good grace to acknowledge my cancellation request!
Sad as it is my only advice to others (and believe me I wished I took it myself)is BUYER BEWARE!
