Noticed charge on credit card from "ECGIHELP." Called their number 866-931-4311 and they said the order was for "Healthy Fat Burn" pills. I never ordered anything from them, of course, and have never heard of them. I did research them from this site before calling. I called and spoke to a representative. They had already sent the product to an address which wasn't mine. They cancelled the order. At the end I did advise them that they obviously can't continue doing business like this, and that it will end them up in jail. The guy clearly has heard all of this before. I then called my bank, and did confirm they had cancelled the charge. But to be safe, I had to cancel the card and obtain a new one. Thankfully, my bank (Wells Fargo) offers me email alerts for weird transactions, so I caught this on the first attempt.
