Good Morning. I am becoming increasingly confused with your company. I purchased a starter kit from you back inJuly and have somehow subscribed to your continuous service and am receiving two packs of cartridges a month. I don’t know how that happened as I make my own eliquid but never the less YOU TOOK £73.00 from my bank on 2/8/12 so I went along with this. I then ordered an extra battery and after several emails back and forth I received the e mail below. I only ordered one battery but anyway I have received neither battery or kit. I did as requested send you bank statements to prove you have taken my money but that was a week ago and I have heard nothing since. I will accept that I have now received two sets of cartridges as one came today which you took £53.98 for.I would like this sorted out . As I said before I do not want ongoing refills But I would like the spare battery that I paid for and a refund on the balance from the cartridge arrangement. I would be grateful if this matter could be sorted out in the next 3 working days.

Complaint about them to Wigan Trading Standards, where the UK returns address is based, and the Office of Fair Trading in London who deal with problems abroad.
