I applied for a payday loan to plain green. I get direct deposit to my account. I recently lost my check book and had to close my account. When I called the bank I was told that I couldnt close it because I had a pending charge. As far as I knew I had contacted any company that I had a monthly credit with, that's when I looked at my account statement and seen the pending charge was from hydra. How and when did they deposit money into my account, I never signed any agreement with them, nor did I authorize them to take money out of my account and they were taking money out of my account for 6weeks before I realized, needless to say I called and was put on hold several times. So now I have a closed account that is still open because hydra keeps trying to pull money from. What they are doing us illegal and unfair. They need to be shut down for good!
