i purchase unlock information and unlock services to them but after 35 days finally they release my service to be complete... i tried to restore my phone hoping base to them everything is complete.... nothing happen and it ended up i messed up my phone... i sent them a lot of messages the only reply i receive was the information of it will take 10-15 days or 15-25 days of process for IMEI...this is totally scam i told them i will send them lawyers letter if this issue will not be resolve up until now no response from them. even the promise of 24/7 tech support is a scam!!! totally
