I advertised an item on craigslist and received this email first of all from his assistant.

My assistant told me that it's still for sale. I'm fine with paying
your asking price and I can make your payment either by check or money
order because I am currently away on a business trip. I will make the
arrangement for pick-up AFTER you have received the payment. I don't
mind adding a little extra ($30 or so) for any inconvenience this may
cause you. You should recieve your payment within 4-6 business days.
The only information I need from you is your full name, cell phone
number, and your address where you'd like me to send your money!
Also,i will appreciate if you can get the ad off craigslist so i can
be sure you are keeping it in my favor .Awaiting your reply. Thank you
