I answered an ad about a puppy (tea cup yorkshire) and was happy to find that the owner wanted a new home for the puppy and I would only have to pay shipping. The puppy was in Casper Wyoming. After realizing this was probably a scam - I confronted her and she assured me she was a God fearing soul and that there was no scam. Then I paid the fund to a person in another person in Virginia. I was sure it was a scam, but the agency shipping the dog and the owner of the dog had reassured me. Needless to say on the day the dog was to arrive I was contacted to pay an additional $640. I contacted the air port in CO that the email had come from. There was no puppy there! My heart sank!! I was so sure it was a scam all along.. and it was...
