Joseph Frisicano while assisting me in my office sent a customer the wrong purchase price on the Vehicle that was sold. In doing so The company was subjected to Harsh treatment by the Division Of Motor Vehicles, and The Department of Revenue. He and the Customer discussed this while I the owner was not present. This vehicle was an Out Of State sale, It served no monetary value to do such an act. My company was clear of all wrong doing, only because of my dilegence and tenasity... I believe Joseph did this to put me in a no win situation.He is now attempting to Blackmail me and my company for monies he believes is owed to him.

I am just noticing this ridiculous report about me. First of all, how could I give a customer of his ANY price except what I was instructed to give? Second, what REASON would I have to give any price other than what I was told to give? Third, the Liar was right there as I was filling out the order form. Now let's consider why Carl would give the man a lesser price than what he was actually selling him the car for. Could it possibly be to entice the guy to buy the car by paying less money in sales tax? He may have gotten away with it except when the man received the car, it wasn't exactly as described by Carl the Con Man. Cleared of wrong doing because of diligence and tenacity? More like filthy lies and me agreeing not to report him to the state so he would return the $17,000. I gave him to buy 3 cars that we were to split the profits of. Well, he bought the 3 cars, sold them, and never gave me my money back much less any profit. Oh, I forgot, he told me there was no profit, he lost money on them. Imagine that! And now, after telling me for 10 years, he has no money to give me back, when his divorce settlement from my cousin netting him $50,000. cash, he now considers my asking him for my money as being blackmail. He tells me his personal money is none of my business. To add insult to injury, Carl often makes derogatory comments about my Christianity. What this lying, thieving, despicable in-human being should be wondering is,
why am I still walking normal? One thing I am absolutely sure of Carl, your day will come! Maybe sooner than you think. "Vengeance is Mine saith the Lord, I WILL repay!" -
