i purchase Dr.Clean for my computer to clean and make it run smoother they gave me a ssid number to log into the program and i was not able to log in. So I contact them by email about the situation and they promise to refund my money. So when I didn't get my money I email them and told them I was going to report them to the B.B.B. and I haven't receive my money yet and still haven't heard from them about my money. I feel that I was scam and I would also like to report another company that might be scamming consumer and banks.

I Too Just Bought DR.Cleanup On 11 Sept 2012 From Fixie.Com.
I Received A Confirmation Of Purchase For $29.99 & Got The License ID TO Enter. Well It Doesnt Work At All. (http://www.fixie.com/english/home.aspx) & Havent Been Able To Contact Them At All.
At Least U Got A Hold Of Someone.
I Filed A Complaint About Them To PayPal & Right Now I Am Awaiting TO Hear From Perion Network Ltd. on Sep 11, 2012 (Transaction 03L40999UM5908006) Which Is THe Parent Company Of At Least Two Upcoming Companies Which R (Agent Speedy) & ( Captain PC) Within Perion.

I Received Credit Of $29.99 From PayPal By Filing A Complaint Against The Companies Involved, Including The Parent Company Of Perion Network Ltd.
I & PayPal Were Unable To Communicate With Them.
