I had to give my details for payment before I recieved the service for which I specified. I did not receive that service or any service whatsoever from : www.spiritsrfree.com professed to have been actioned by Tin Lee-Ure!! I was charged £265 in individual payments beforehand of £95, £65 and £105!!! I have had to use another 'proffessional' who has satisfactorily compleated the work and I paid £300 for this service.
PayPal are still investigating and I have had to have an escellation of fraud to which there is no result as of yet. The Bank will not classify as fraud(NatWest) as it is not 'financial fraud' and visa will not justify it as there is a contract between myself and PayPal. Also it appears that a service and a scam cannot be proven for theft of money as they are not 'tanigilbe products'!!!!! Please advise as I want my money back. Also I tried to intervein when I relised what was happening and all parties refused to co-operate and stop the transaction, they ACTUALLY ENDORSED THE ACTIONS SAYING THAT I HAD AGREED TO THEM INITIALLY ON POINT OF SALE, EVEN THOUGH I REALISED THAT I HAD BEEN SCAMMED AND WANTED TO STOP THE TRANSACTIONS IMMEDIATELY!!!! I lost all control of my own money by trying to protect it. I believe that PayPal should support the buyer as well the seller!!!
