The 14 day trial period for Liposlim and Natural Cleanse products that I ordered on 8/20/2012, ended on 9/3/2012, which was Labor Day. I tried to cancel by phone over the weekend and on Labor Day but customer service was closed. I then tried to cancel online but discovered the only way to cancel an order was by phone. I called and cancelled first thing 9/4/2012 and received a cancellation confirmation code. At that time I was not informed they had already charged me, $159.98, which I discovered today, 9/5/2012. I called to dispute the charge and was told I could have sent an email to their customer comments. It was stated specifically on their website and invoice that all cancellations had to be done by phone, of which I informed them. They said, "it is not our problem." Their customer service is closed over the weekend and on the holiday but apparently they can still process orders???? The customer service rep was named, Justin in the "Escalations" department. I guess we know why they have that department.
