I saw this charge of $34.95 on my account at BOA and I did find a number and called it and spoke to Venus Badge#048 at 1-877-268-1121 and told her I never signed up for this and she cancelled the service cancellation #R621911. She told me that the funds will be credited back into my account in 48-72 business hours, which is either Friday or Monday. My problem with this is that if the funds are taken out, then I could possibly overdraw and be charged a $35.00 fee from my bank. I never filled out an application and what really irks me is the fact that there was no phone call to confirm information to make sure if a person wants this service or not. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE COMPANIES LIKE THIS AND OTHERS PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. I am really upset about the whole process for something I never applied for at all.
