Our rent was accidentally taken out of our bank account twice. ($1900) Our landlord stated he would not issue a check for 7 business days later to "make sure the payments cleared." Both payments cleared my bank already and Holly from PTPM stated they had cleared. This money is money I need to support my family of 5. This is not right. This is just the icing on the cake with this company. they constantly have issues processing payments and the agent lied to us on things they would do to the house when we signed the lease. Never EVER rent a property from them!!
