The company took my order online, had a representative call me and tell me the scooter was out of stock, but they had a better one for me. I said I needed to think about it and I'd call back. I NEVER said I wanted it, and then because of their website hidden terms, I was forced to take what I was given, or pay a 75$ fee for nothing. I am still sore about this, but thought it was an isolated incident. I have now however spoken to 3 people who have had the EXACT same scenario happen to them. I don't believe they even stock 60% of the inventory they show on line. They are bait and switch artists! Go elsewhere.
