I was looking for a particular sanita clog sandal and although they were sold out everywhere, this site carried them, and slightly cheaper than what I'd been seeing.. should've been a red flag! I purchased them using PayPal, and although the status on my PayPal showed that the purchase and money exchange had been completed, the StyleZala site said that my order was still "processing". It said this for several days, and so I emailed them several times asking for order confirmation, tracking information and/ or the delivery status. Not getting an email order confirmation is what originally made me weary, because when do you ever order something online that you don't get one?! Lastly, after no response from the company, even though it read on their site that they responded to emails within the same day or by noon the following day, I filed a claim with PayPal. At this point I had googled StyleZala reviews and found what seemed like never ending complaints of being scammed. I explained everything to PayPal in an online claim and they gave the seller a week to respond. According to many others, they never received their original orders, but instead received very small packages containing odd end things... when mine showed up it was a shower cap that had been mailed from China. After receiving my shower cap, I checked back in with PayPal and found that since the seller had sent them an order confirmation that they would be closing my case, and if there were further dispute to take it up with the seller. Knowing that the order was not my shoes but a shower cap, I found a phone number for PayPal and called them. FINALLY, within 10 minutes I had been apologized to several times and the original purchase price had be put back into my paypal account. So, when they tell you it's closed, don't give up!
