A gentleman by the name of 'Melvin Thomas" called my cellular from an unknown number, so i sent it to voicemail. He left a msg informing me that a complaint has been filed against me and that a restraint order was in effect, that i had 24-48 hrs for myself or my attorney to respond, and also that this was a matter that I would need to appear in court for. 'Melvin Thomas" then left a case number of 'E11V-2229' and a call back number of (704) 464-0168.
When I tried calling back, the recording that picked up sounded hoaxy to me, but i still chose option '2' and was then transfered to 'hold'....i sat on hold for ten minutes before i hung up thinking it would be best to contact my local authorities. To me it seems that if there was such a complaint against me, that theyd be the ones to bring it to my attention anyway, not some BS outta state gent going by the name of 'Melvin Thomas'.
I tried calling back a second time and got the same results.....It was then when it was brought to my attention by way of the internet that this company 'Legal Processing Solutions' was listed on 'Scambook' and already had 10 complaints against them, and all with similar stories.

I am now relieved that this was all BS, yet I am still reporting this all to my local police department.
