Fraud on PNC account. Think it is happening here locally in Akron, OH, as I don't use my card online. PNC will reissue a card as well as waive/reimburse the $7.50 charge because it is fraud. Just call them back if it doesn't happen automatically. PNC also said to file a police report, as this is the 3rd time I have had similar fraud activity.
