I received an ACH deposit of $300 to which I never signed any documents, spoke to any person, etc. Can someone tell me how to send money back without having to pay them the interest? Obviously, I should give the $300 back, but having not signed any agreement or legal documents, I would hope I should not have to pay for their scam.

- God luck-they obviously want interest, thats why they have scammed so many people.I don't think they will take money back w/o you paying the interest. They have your bank acct # and routing # therefore they can keep submitting your acct..I was advised by my bank to close and reopen a new acct so they won't have your new info
