I was trying to sell my car on craiglist and i recieve a text from this number (Personal Info Removed). At first i did not think it was a scam until i started looking more into it. I look up the number and i seen that other people had the same number texting them and calling them. Now this person has ( Gabriel Ferguson ) has my complete adress and he wont stop texting . My car is a 1995 Mitsubichi Eclipse GS and i am putting it up for sale for $1300 . Now Gabriel is offering me $3200 and is supposely mailing me the check by USPS . He had said for me to take out the $1300 out of the $3200 and that whatever is left for me to pay a tow truck to bring the car to him . I then realiaze he did not gave me no adress or no other information about himself . All i have is his number that he using to text but when you call , its not really a number and the name he gave me . Now i am very concerned about this situation ,now knowing that this is a scam , because i have a 3 month year old daughter with me at all times and i would not want anything to happened to her or to me . At this time i do not know what to do for my next step so can you please help .
