I too received the following letter in response to my resume sent to a listing on craig's list: "We've reviewed over 10 applications and we have narrowed our selection down to five. Best part about it, You're on the list of applicants we want to interview at the end of next week!
Requirements: Outstanding written and oral communication skills to complete basic management responsibilities such as answer phones as well as taking messages, preparing mailings, and ordering supplies. We will provide more specific details at the interview.
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $16 - $20 an hour
Advantages Package: Healthcare, dental, disability/life insurance, flex medical spending plan, vacation/sick days and 401K
The position will need you to work in a high financial environment so it's our corporate policy that we perform financial verification check on all staff to confirm applicant registration info. However, I knew that if they wanted to do a credit check on me it would be done after an interview and at their expense (as would any drug or substance abuse testing)! I went to Google and found these complaints. Too bad there is nothing more that we can do to track down these people.
