I have been being charged this for the last coupld of months. I called and they said that I had signed up for them when I signed up with another thing I ordered for free shipping. Did not realize that I was signing up for a thing with a monthly fee. When I called them the lady on the phone was really snotty and said that I had signed up with them and that she could not refund my money. I got upset and she said she would talk to her supervisior and they said they would refund 15.47 of the 20.00 that they had taken out of my bank account. I could not get the full amount refunded and they lady was so snotty. I told them I thought they were a scam and that I was going to report them to the better bixiness bureau and she said "Fine!! You just do that!!!" I think this is a scam and people watch out!
