The loan officer for this Advance America Cash Advance is Sam Dawson, the office phone number is 1-281-220-2457. I also called Green Dot Money Pak Dispute line and spoke to Eden ID # 1187 and phone number 1-888-267-9413. She inform me to contact the New Orleans Police Department. I went to the Gentilly office of Advance America Cash Advance to find out if they knew anything about this franchisee. That office informed me that the office is in Houston, Texas. I was informed by the office in Houston, Texas that I would have to wait 7 to 10 Business Days that there was a technical block on the funds but the funds were in their account. Please investigate because they told me I would have to buy another $273.00 Green Dot Money Pak voucher to unblock the first voucher and get may money back or wait 7 to 10 days for a refund. My money is earned honestly I have a pay check that is my bill money.
