Twice they've taken money out of my bank account, both times its been both my daughters child tax credits and child benefits and both times this has left me overdrawn and with no money to get my girls nappies, milks or any food. I'm so angry, as i rang them last week to cancel my membership and to get some sort of refund, and i'm still waiting.
