Every morning I check my account online. I had noticed a charge for $29.95 from MyMoneyLeaf. I had no idea what mymoneyleaf was, so I automatically googled it. After googling this company ALL you read are reviews about this same thing happening to MANY other people. I have read a lot that the company says it has something to do with a payday loan. I have not even tried to get a payday loan, maybe one time a year ago I was about to and decided against it. I automatically called my bank, and they tried to put a stop payment on it since it was still in a processing state and told me to watch my account closely. So sure enough I wake up today and the payment went fully through, and I was charged $10.00 by my bank for transferring money from savings to checking to cover it. I am now filing a claim and disputing the charge. I may try to call the company AGAIN, I'm just not sure if I feel like dealing with them. The few times I did call I was redirected to a website cghelp.org to get a refund. When I went to the website it says enter in your email and phone # to log in, so I did and it did NOTHING. Just stayed on the same page. I would love to speak to an attorney about this, and shut this place DOWN! But I wouldn't even know where to begin. SOOOOO frustrating that they can take money from so many people. And it's not just taking money from me, it's taking money from my daughter.
