Attempting to order on their toll free number is where the scam begins: the system is so confusing that I finally hung up, but not before I had already given my credit card number which they charged well above the quoted 19.99 + s/h.
I had to cancel the charge on my credit card, and would not advise anyone purchasing this product unless they can actually talk to a representative.
