They were supposed to deliver a mattress and they called me after I was waiting for 2 hours and told me they weren't going to deliver today.
I have called them back 5 times in the past 1 hour and 30 minutes getting transferred to other departments and getting disconnected and passed on to another operator. Basically wasting my time and not getting anything.
