I alonzo lonnie thomas applied for the internet and phone service August 3, 2012 and did not recieve a bill for that month.The phone and internet services was a pormotional advertisment in which I already had internet services. The cost was $ 49.00 Including the phone.I contacted them and they said that my bill with a month in advance would be applied, making the total bill $248.00.I ask them to shut down all services at once. I have already paid for security on the internet.They said that they are willing not to do that until the 10 of september 2012 so that they can get that extra month in advance. I dont feel that is right. all that I owe them is $101.00 for the monthly service of august and instalation. the account number is 541-6888676 149R and the new land base number is 461-0637 which is the new account number. as of today I have not recieved a bill.
