I made a purchase for Auto Accessories on the 13th of August 2012 from Pimpmyrange.com using my Barclays Debit Card for an amount of £237.

Before placing the order, I called them on their site telephone number +44 1803 525 750 and spoke to a Jason Thorne, who promised me that they had the items in stock and that I will receive them in 3-5 days.

I waited for over 5 days and started calling them to ask about the items, but they kept promising me it’s been dispatched that I will receive the item next day, this went on for another 5 days, until I got fed up and requested a refund of my money.

I was emphatically promised again and again that I will get my refund, and I have been calling on daily basis and this Jason character keep promising that he has sent a cheque, and other days he will say he did a bank transfer other days he did a registered mail.

When I goggled this company name online, and did some probing into their activities, it turned out that they have scammed a lot of people and they are not a legitimate company but a bunch of fraudsters.

Now I am sure they never had the items in stock and do not intend to refund my money. I am now asking for help to be pointed in the right direction to recover my money from these criminals.
