I have been requesting a refund for their unauthorized debit on my checking account since the beginning of July. I originally spoke with Jake (800-988-9153) who told me the money would be credited back to my account within 3-5 days. I called back 5 days later and spoke with Laura who told me the same thing. 5 days later I spoke with Jake who assured me it would only be 5 days and they would push my request up to upper management. 5 days later I spoke with Jake who then told me checks were being mailed out. As of today when I spoke with Laura, she assured me checks were being mailed out but she would put my name on a list to try to get some concrete information.
