Michael Burritt from Thunderheart took a $3500 initiation fee to start the funding process on a real estate transaction. As soon as the money was wired he quit answering his phone or email. I had checked him out before and he seemed legit. Beware!

We would like to address this complaint.
Mr. Penrod and his partner were seeking to purchase commercial real estate assets - specifically multi family properties. They were attempting to purchase these assets but yet have NO MONEY to leverage these transactions. They were hoping to borrow $5M of our money while also expecting us to provide 100% LTV for the acquisition of these commercial properties.
But then again nowdays, who isn't........
