To whom it may concern,

My name is Vinojhan Balachandran and I made a purchase via www.ioffer.com for a 1oz Pamp Suisse Gold Bar from the seller "globalgoldxchange". I made the purchase on March 16th, 2012 and sent the money order to the seller on March 17th, 2012. After some misunderstanding with the payment, I canceled the transaction and requested for my refund of the product for the amount of $1,718.000 (Canadian Dollars). I have made numerous attempts to call the seller at +17039964752 and he answered the call but he didn't solve my problem. The seller "globalgoldxchange" claims, he has sent me the refund cheque to my mailing address on April 24th, 2012 which I have not recieved till this date. Thus the seller "globalgoldxchange" is not providing me with the tracking number or the cheque number which he sent so I can investigate this matter. The final message the seller sent me was "Sir, a refund check was sent to you. It has been determined that the refund check has been cashed. If it was not cashed by you then someone who has access to your post. This is an issue you need to investigate." Please contact the seller at the address below or via telephone and help me find a solution into this matter.

  • Sorry to hear about your troubles Vinojhan. Unfortunately filing a single complaint will not recover your monies if six months already transpired. As a retired investigator, I can tell you that authorities use these resources to assist victims of fraud. To increase your chances of recovery you should file as many complaints as possible.

  • Vinojhan, get in contact with us. There are several of us that have not received our deliveries for metal nor has the company refunded our purchase orders for nondelivery. Please let me know how all of us that are networking so that we can prove to you that we did in fact get ripped off..and that we are starting to work together and want to include you as well.
