I sent for an informational CD. The following day I received a call stating from a customer service agent giving me information regarding the CD, phone numbers to call, e-mail address, etc. She called from Grant Direct Funding. She stated I could cancel within 21 days. I cancelled, received a cancellation e-mail, then was hit with a charge to my bank account. When I e-mailed to complain I was told that the charge came from grant assist, not grant direct funding. How is one even linked to the other? I didn't agree to anything further as far as I remember, and still have not received a CD either. Apparently when you order the CD from grand direct funding, you are charged by grant assist. Makes no sense.
