9-07-12 $1800 + $40.99
Said he need these different amounts for his job in Dubai before he could finish and come back to Bellingham, Washington. Reasons given: a laptop computer (he supposedly left in Washington); cleaning supplies to clean oil rig; money he was asked to have by immigration before he could board a plane back to the US.
