The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists
International boundaries
A subscription paid for a service which does not
exist.This is money taken from an account to provide a computer service which, when asked to
deliver simply asks for more money. The so-called checks are repetitive and clearly to
confuse and rob the users.This must be stopped.

Your Website tells me that my subscription has expired. I have an Invoice for £23.74 which was taken from our Acc on 24.08.12.
After the usual Scan, the alleged errors are not cleared. Instead I am invited to upgrade the programme. This I am not
prepared to do. If the purchased product will not work please
refund its cost. I am also unhappy about Scam reports. -

Telephoned 0800 8620377 at 1545 on Mon 17 Sept.
Female responded promising E-mail to explain use of
purchased program and to attach:-
a) New code to activate,
b) Contact E-mail for technical aid.
Still not sure how to tell whether this program is
genuine or not. -
