Invested more than enough monies, too much. Company dont live up to their words. No lemon guarantee. States warranty dont cover the panel, but motor. How would customer know about certain item on bed, as panel. Beds are not what they state it to be. Beds are nothing but foam. Then, company want you to spend more money with them. NOT EVEN WORTH IT.

The customer would know the panel is not covered by reading the warranty that comes with the bed, I am sorry for you but let's face it you purchased some thing and did not really read the warranty until you had an issue then found out that was not covered. I like my bed and have never had an issue and understand it was an investment so my advice is purchase the part from them or find it online and put it on yourself and solve the issue not to pass blame on the warranty for not really reading it. Good luck fix that bed get some sleep you will feel better.
